Having designed and built the former office in Mulliner Towers on Alfred Rewane in Ikoyi in 2010. The change in company policy made it possible to have projects assigned by the an independent PROJECT department based in Far East for all Microsoft offices. This is reason why SUTECH CON was not the Main Contractor for the new office design & project on the 6th &7th floors of the newly completed CIVIC TOWERS on Ozumba Umbadiwe Victoria Island.

However, SUTECH was a sub contractor & was involved in the project which was worth almost N1b.
